I feel much more difficult with learning 4th language than 3rd. I have a mother language and I'm fluent in English. I started to learn a 3rd language about two years ago and I think I reach somewhere between B1 and B2. Recently, I was attracted to another language, so I gave a shot confidently cuz it had been pretty easy to learn the 3rd language and I barely have difficulties. BUT when I just began learning the language, I expressly felt a difference. Both languages don't have any similarity with my mother language. My mother language doesn't even use Latin alphabet. As both are European languages, they might have some with English but definitely not dominant. So I became curious. Is it general to feel 4th language or later ones more challenging than 3rd one? Or is it possible to feel more comfortable with certain languages than others even though I've never exposed to them?
